NESE 2027: Introducing the First Nigeria Electrification Summit & Exhibition

Utility-scale solar installation

The first-ever Nigeria Electrification Summit & Exhibition (NESE) takes place in 2027.

NESE will bring together policymakers, regulators, energy companies, investors, financiers, developers and innovators with a shared focus: moving Nigeria closer to reliable, affordable electricity for every home and business.

Why electrification, why now

Reliable power is the foundation of economic growth. Businesses need it to produce, scale and compete. Households need it for health, education and daily life. Yet millions of Nigerians still live and work without dependable electricity.

Closing that gap requires investment, coordinated policy and new ways of delivering power. NESE is being created to accelerate all three.

What NESE will cover

The summit programme will focus on renewable energy, solar and battery storage, mini-grids and rural electrification, distributed power for businesses, and the financing models that make these projects viable.

Alongside the conference sessions, the exhibition will give technology providers, developers and service companies a platform to showcase their solutions to buyers, partners and investors.

Be part of the first edition

As the inaugural edition, NESE 2027 offers early partners the chance to help shape a new national platform for the energy sector.

Exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and delegates can register their interest now. Dates and venue will be announced on the NESE website.
